Must Have
BSc or BEng in Civil or Mechanical engineering or similar from a leading university, Understanding of construction processes, management, and planning, Experience of working on engineering, construction projects or in a shipbuilding environment, Understanding and passion for wanting to pursue a career in Construction Disputes, Experience of using Primavera or other planning / project management software, Outstanding and effective writing skills, Solid analytical, investigative, reasoning and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, Ability to prioritise and manage work tasks to meet strict deadlines, Highly motivated, self-starting, curious and have a hunger to learn and develop
Nice to Have
Fluent in English and one other language would be beneficial

As an Associate, you will support and work alongside some of the most highly regarded industry experts in: * Performing detailed forensic analysis of project data and schedules to determine the cause and extent of construction delays and productivity loss; * Assisting with the preparation of expert reports for domestic and international arbitration and litigation, explaining the delay analysis performed and the results of the analyses; and * Providing advice and strategic solutions to clients on complex challenges faced in construction projects and assisting in the preparation of reports for extension of time, loss and expense, disruption, and prolongation claims.
