Full Job Description

## Description The Competition Associate will support the Director, Competition in organizing and executing all competition-related activities for the club. This includes assisting with the development of the competition’s website, competitor signups, creating competition formats, and helping design case materials. The associate will play a key role in ensuring the competition runs smoothly and will contribute to a seamless and engaging experience for all participants.  ## Time Commitment Summer: 5-10 hours per week September-November: 10-15 hours per week Pre-Conference: 20+ hours per week ## Term of Employment June 2026 – March 2027 ## Main Responsibilities Collaborate with fellow associates and Directors to maximize sign-ups from around the world Responsible for the execution of the preliminary and final rounds of the competition for SDR Help Case team develop cases, including M&A, LBOs, and IPOs. Create and consolidate briefs/feedback for competitors during both the preliminary and final rounds of the SCMC Case Competition Oversee logistics for the case resolution and day-of presentations Benchmark with comparable competitions and conferences ## Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication Background in or familiarity with banking Strong analytical and research skills Ability to manage logistics under pressure Collaborative and willing to take initiative Experience designing/websites using Webflow is an asset ## Anticipated Learning Outcomes Direct experience organizing a national-level case competition Improved analytical and presentation-building abilities Strategic thinking and professional communication Opportunity to connect with industry professionals ## Additional Information Submit the following no later than June 17th at 11:59 PM PST: 1.
