What You'll Do.

and administration of the firm’s compensation programs

Participate in compensation surveys

Conduct market benchmarking analyses

Support annual compensation cycles

including merit and incentive planning

Maintain and audit compensation data in Workday

ensuring accuracy and consistency

Assist in job evaluations and pay structure development

Prepare compensation reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Partnering with HR Business Partners and Talent teams; ability to collaborate as a team member
