Within this team, the fast-growing Omnicommerce vertical partners with F&B merchants on Deals, Reservations, and Loyalty solutions. Get to Know the Role This is a strategic role focused on engineering the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for Grab's Omnicommerce business. You will move beyond day-to-day account management to design the sales planning frameworks that drive our offline-to-online (O2O) ecosystem (Dine Out, Reservations, Loyalty). You will act as the bridge between high-level business strategy and on-the-ground sales execution, ensuring our sales channels have the right plans, playbooks, and targets to win key F&B merchants. You will report to the Assistant Manager, Omnicommerce The Critical Tasks You Will Perform 1. Sales Channel GTM Strategy * Define O2O strategy through segmentation, value propositions, and sales motions. * Lead commercial readiness to ensure sales teams are execution-ready for new features. 2. Account & Joint Business Planning (JBP) * Support sales in navigating merchant hierarchies to unlock complex growth opportunities. * Use data-driven segmentation to prioritize high-value merchant targets. * Standardize tools and templates for building long-term strategic partnerships. 3. Sales Enablement & Effectiveness * Create actionable sales playbooks, pitch narratives, and value calculators. * Streamline the end-to-end sales cycle to remove friction and inc
