Must Have
University degree in biological science or healthcare-related field, or equivalent, Minimum 6 years experience in Clinical Operations (CRA / Sr. CRA / LSM) or other related fields, Proven team building and people/organizational development skills, Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English, Good ability to learn and to adapt to work with IT systems
What You'll Do.
Lead group work and build team spirit
Ensure adequate resources for studies
Ensure adequate team workload
Ensure direct reports comply with company policy
Develop and manage team performance
Ensure development and training plans for direct reports
Contribute to high quality feasibility work
Contribute to efficient SMOT organisation
Contribute to quality improvement of study processes
Plan and organise coaching of team members
Ensure individual performance planning and review is completed
Prepare salary and bonus proposals
Ensure all systems are continuously updated
Support direction to LSM/teams on study commitments
Resolve key study issues
Review monitoring reports
Evaluate direct reports capability
Perform accompanied site visits for direct reports
Support SMOT region initiatives
Assist SMOT director to drive cross team projects
Contribute to team/org learning
