What You'll Do.
Support client accounts under the guidance of a Client Success Manager or Senior Client Success Manager
Own defined components of campaign execution and day-to-day client support
Assist with the execution of programmatic managed service campaigns
including fulfilling screenshot and ad-hoc client requests
Prepare accurate reporting and performance insights
and client requests to help maintain account health
Lead and manage the monthly billing process
coordinating with Finance
and clients for confirmations and processing
Partner with POD leads to manage managed-service RFP workflows
including LLM summaries and Asana tracking
Learn and apply client goals
and healthcare-specific advertising considerations
Use and develop proficiency in tools such as Boostr
Apply feedback and continuously grow your programmatic and client success skill set

What You’ll Do: We’re looking for an Associate Client Success Manager (ACSM) to join our Programmatic Managed Services team in Pune, India. This is an early-career role ideal for someone eager to build a strong foundation in programmatic advertising, client support, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with experienced Client Success leaders, supporting healthcare-focused programmatic campaigns while learning the tools, workflows, and strategies that drive client success. Support client accounts under the guidance of a Client Success Manager or Senior Client Success Manager. Own defined components of campaign execution and day-to-day client support. Assist with the execution of programmatic managed service campaigns, including fulfilling screenshot and ad-hoc client requests. Prepare accurate reporting and performance insights. Track timelines, deliverables, and client requests to help maintain strong account health. Lead and manage the monthly billing process, coordinating with Finance, Client Success teams, and clients for confirmations and processing. Partner with POD leads to manage managed-service RFP workflows, including LLM summaries and Asana tracking. Learn and apply client goals, KPIs, and healthcare-specific advertising considerations. Use and develop proficiency in tools such as Boostr, Looker, STAQ, Adreform, DSPs, Planner tools, LLMs, and ChatGPT.
