Note: This is a Night shift role 6pm to 3am, Hybrid setup at Mumbai BKC office (Drop available) GLG is the leading insights network, connecting our clients to the largest global network of subject-matter experts across every sector. As an Associate, you will be the front-line client service professional, tapping into a diverse network of global experts, sourcing the most suitable professional expert for our clients' research endeavours. Your role entails staying updated on industry trends, cultivating relationships with high-level professionals in the field, managing client expectations and excelling in a dynamic environment by efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key Associate Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to) Learning GLG’s business processes and assisting with high-level project execution by identifying and engaging with top-tier professionals capable of providing valuable industry insights Expand GLG’s expert network by identifying and recruiting new professionals through strategic lead generation and outreach via phone, email, and other channels. Scheduling and confirming critical calls and meetings between GLG’s clients and Network Members, including scheduling all calls with your new recruits. Learning and upholding our compliance policies and procedures to protect the integrity of client engagements. Manage and grow client accounts by developing a strong understanding of their evolving priorities, ensuring seamless project execution, and identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand business.
