What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in a Capital Markets support role, In-depth knowledge of trading products across Global Markets, In-depth knowledge of Investment and Corporate Banking products, Solid understanding of AML risk, trends, legislation, ML detection methodologies, regulatory expectations, risk management frameworks, and operational risk principles, Working knowledge of key regulations, including CIRO, FINRA, FATCA/CRS, Dodd-Frank, SEC Security-Based Swaps, Canadian Trade Reporting, and NI 93-101

Nice to Have

Master’s degree, CFA, or CPA designation

What You'll Do.

Execute new client onboarding requests

Oversee and refine client onboarding processes

Implement appropriate controls

Drive continuous improvements

Manage escalations effectively

Maintain client privacy and confidentiality

Represent Client Enablement function

Review and monitor service performance

Develop and implement actionable plans

Ensure compliance with regulations

Transition toward globally integrated onboarding model

Support implementation of technology solutions

Prepare and deliver management reporting

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work in close collaboration with clients and various internal and external teams; Partnering with key support functions; Establishing and maintaining productive working relationships with key stakeholders; Partnering with Operational Excellence and other teams; Collaborate with other units; Collaborate with second-line teams and other stakeholders; Serve as a representative on key projects; Collaborate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels; Interact on a cross functional basis with other groups and with clients
