Must Have
3–5 years of experience in Retail, FMCG, Tech & Durables, Market Research, or a related commercial role, Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights, Excellent communication and storytelling skills, Comfortable interacting with different stakeholders, including senior audiences, Experience working with retail clients or retail data, Exposure to analytics, insights, or consulting environments, PowerPoint & Excel skills, Fluency in Greek and English language
Nice to Have
interest in both business development and client-facing advisory work, Proactive, curious, and results-driven
