What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, logistics, business, or related field, 1+ years' experience in supply chain, Proven experience working in a supply chain organization focused on new technologies, the NPI process, and in a startup environment, Experience working with engineering teams (mechanical and electrical), Ability to work well under pressure while simultaneously managing competing priorities, challenges, and risks, Effective response to adapting to these competing priorities, risks, and program changes as needed and quickly
Nice to Have
Ideally someone with experience handling a variety of parts in a fast-paced environment, Exceptional ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
What You'll Do.
Support procurement of components
Issue and manage purchase orders
Source and qualify new suppliers
Track order status and resolve delivery issues
Maintain accurate purchasing data
Assist in cost control initiatives
Support inventory management
Coordinate with suppliers on engineering changes
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and program management teams; Collaborate with all the cross functional teams, stakeholders, and the leadership team
Communication Scope
Exceptionally communication and negotiation skills; Communicate visually, verbally, and in writing
