ABOUT THE BIZOPS TEAM Business Operations ("BizOps") plays a critical role in supporting and accelerating Wealthsimple’s strategic priorities. We partner with teams across the company to accelerate priority projects, incubate new products, processes, and business functions, lead the strategic planning process, and help shape AI transformation across Wealthsimple. We're often the throughline across functions, helping teams move in the same direction on complex work that touches all of them. We work where the problem is hard, the path isn't obvious, and someone needs to bring structure and momentum to help implement the most efficient use of scarce company resources (people, capital, and time).
