Supermarket acquisition (core responsibility) * Identify, prioritize, and approach supermarket chains and independent grocery stores. * Lead end-to-end deal cycle: prospecting → pitch → negotiation → contract → handover. * Close partners with strong potential for q-commerce (assortment depth, delivery readiness, pricing competitiveness). * Secure commercial terms aligned with marketplace profitability and growth. Q-Commerce readiness * Assess partner operational capability for on-demand fulfillment. * Align on assortment strategy (top SKUs, high-frequency items, private label, promos). * Ensure partners can support fast picking, stock availability, and order accuracy. Strategic portfolio building * Fill geographic and category gaps in supermarket coverage. * Balance acquisition between: * Strategic chains (brand pull, scale) * High-performing local supermarkets (speed and margin) Cross-functional execution * Work with onboarding, operations, and catalog teams for go-live readiness. * Align with marketing on launch campaigns and in-app visibility. * Coordinate with finance/legal on contracts, billing, and compliance. Performance tracking * Track funnel health: leads → meetings → signed → live. * Monitor early performance of newly acquired partners: * GMV ramp-up * Assortment completeness * Availability & cancellations * Provide market insights and competitor intelligence. ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or other related field. * Experience in FMCG, retail, supermarkets, or e-commerce preferred. * Strong negotiation and relationship management
