We are looking for a passionate and driven Associate Business Controller to join our dynamic Finance team. The ideal candidate will support the Business Controller in management reporting (MIS), budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role also includes cross-functional collaboration and the use of digital tools for automation, insights, and enhanced decision-making. Key Responsibilities: A. Financial Controlling • Assist in month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting. • Support the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports. B. Cross-Functional Engagement • Collaborate with business teams and finance stakeholders on annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans. • Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. forecast/budget/previous year) and provide insightful commentary. • Contribute to ongoing and new finance transformation projects. • Continuously drive improvements in financial processes, tools, and efficiency. • Support local finance projects by developing financial models for various business segments.
