What They're Looking For.
Must Have
VDOT experience required, 2 to 4 years of experience, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Internship or academic project experience, written and verbal communication skills, Foundational understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC, Basic understanding of data analysis, organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to work collaboratively, Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn
Nice to Have
Previous VDOT experience related to Business Analysis, Previous VDOT experience related to Management Analytics, Previous VDOT experience related to Power Apps/Power Automate, 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, 2+ years of experience in Project Support, 2+ years of experience in Power Apps/Power Automate, Familiarity with VDOT policies, procedures, and systems, Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Diagram proposed improvements
Document requirements
Document user stories
Document acceptance criteria
Support decomposition of requirements
Identify related user stories
Identify dependencies
Support backlog refinement
Maintain user stories
Maintain requirements documentation
Participate in testing activities
Draft test objectives
Execute functional tests
Execute regression tests
Document test results
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing
Capture stakeholder feedback
Recommend internal improvements
Assist implementing internal improvements
