You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and translate business objectives into actionable recommendations and project plans. Additionally, you will play a critical role in guiding product development through the various stages outlined in CureMD's Product Development Process. _**Job Responsibilities****:**_ **Research & Analysis:** * Conduct kickoff meetings with stakeholders to understand project scope. * Perform competitor analysis and startup research to identify market trends. * Utilize tools like Google Scholar for in-depth research on relevant topics. * Analyze existing systems and perform data & gap analysis. * Document requirements and create comprehensive requirement document. **Concept Development:** * Work on screens and key features/workflows using tools like XD Design. * Develop low and high-fidelity designs based on stakeholder feedback. * Propose automation and innovation ideas aligned with strategic goals. * Collaborate with Development, Customer Support, and Sales teams for feedback. **Prototyping:** * Lead the development of prototype frontends. * Conduct testing and gather approvals from stakeholders. * Perform usability testing and complexity reduction exercises. * Review prototypes with senior management for simplicity. **Functional Specifications:** * Conduct impact assessments and ensure requirements traceability. * Manage error handling and develop help & setting guidelines. * Document user stories and create detailed test cases. * Facilitate feedback loops among architecture, development, and customer support teams. **Architecture Review:** * Design solutions that meet both business and technical requirements. * Lead solution review and feedback meetings
