What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–2 years of experience in Operations, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or E-commerce, command of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, Comfortable managing large datasets to manually reconcile vendor inventory against our system, A sharp eye for detail, Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff (vendors) and effectively collaborate with internal Account Management teams, Quick to learn new backend tools and POS systems, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently, Willingness to travel frequently to vendor locations (physical stores/warehouses) for onsite audits, training, and "ground truthing", Proven ability to analyze trends, identify root causes of operational failures, and propose logical solutions
