Develop materials for clients
Shadow senior brokers in negotiation
Shadow senior brokers in evaluation
Shadow senior brokers in documentation
Provide clients with market information
Maintain contact information on prospects
Contribute to local market research
Review financial models
Review cash flow projections
Review valuation models
