Quantitative Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical / Biotech / Healthcare analytics, 5+ years of experience in application of sophisticated methods, 4+ years of recent experience and proficiency with PySpark, Python, R, SQL, Experience with IQVIA data sets, Statistical analysis and modelling background, MS Office products - Excel and PowerPoint skills required
Nice to Have
Advanced degree preferred, ML a plus, Experience using Big Data, Exposure to SPARK are desirable, Knowledge of AZ brand and Science (Oncology in particular) is advantageous

As a Senior Analyst in Brand Analytics, you'll be at the forefront of driving strategic and operational excellence within our Commercial Organization. This hands-on analytical role involves acting as a proactive internal consultant to a specific brand team, crafting commercial solutions that enable data-driven decisions. Your expertise in predictive and prescriptive analytics will be essential as you coordinate the understanding of various datasets and implement analytical solutions for business opportunities, customer segmentation, and more. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Sales, Forecasting, and other Commercial Operations partners to build innovative analytical practices that sustain competitive advantage. Accountabilities: Are you ready to foster the use of local customer insights in strategic decisions? You'll continuously evaluate new quantitative analysis methods and technologies, develop a deep understanding of internal customers' data needs, and collaborate with US Sales Force Operations for successful business processes. Lead the development and deployment of new analytic capabilities across the organization, instilling a culture of continuous improvement. Summarizing and presenting findings through various communication channels will be key in driving impactful business decisions. **Essential Skills/Experience:** * Quantitative Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required in one of the following or related fields: Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science or Data Science.
