We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join a closely knit workers’ compensation team and contribute to a focused, high-performing practice. This position is ideal for someone who is ready to work hard, collaborate closely with experienced attorneys, and grow within a stable practice that values timely, high-quality work and direct mentorship. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation matters from inception through resolution, with guidance and oversight as needed. Handle discovery, depositions, mediations, and related litigation tasks. Review medical records and assist with fact development and case strategy. Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence. Maintain accurate and timely billing to manage workload and case flow efficiently. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistent, high-quality work product. Qualifications 2–3 years of litigation experience required; workers' compensation experience is preferred. Litigation experience is strongly valued, including experience in personal injury or matters involving medical records and damages analysis. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
