We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Orlando team. This attorney will manage a caseload of premises liability and motor vehicle accident cases for corporate clients. The ideal candidate has some experience handing cases autonomously and is comfortable with a caseload of 20-25 cases. Responsibilities: Handle a manageable caseload through mediation. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; conduct document review and case triage. Engage in trial preparation and take an active role in trials based on your level of experience. Qualifications: 1-3 years of civil litigation experience (not required for candidates with experience as a Public Defender or State Attorney). Strong writing skills. Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to office culture and collaboration.
