Must Have
Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, analytics, statistics, sports management, or related field, 4-7 years of progressive experience in analytics, applied intelligence, or related fields, including leadership experience
Nice to Have
Advanced degree in data science or a related field, Experience in Big Ten, Power Five, or professional sports environments, Familiarity with NCAA regulations, recruiting landscapes, and transfer portal dynamics, Experience building or scaling an analytics, AI, or business intelligence function, Experience with video analytics, player tracking technologies, and performance systems

This role will architect and lead a comprehensive applied intelligence program that positions Washington as the premier program in the Big Ten Conference and a national model for integrating artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and data science into collegiate athletics. This position will drive competitive advantage across all sports while elevating the student-athlete experience and strengthening recruiting by showcasing Washington as a destination for innovation, development, and future-ready preparation.
