What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree educated – RIBA Parts 1, 2 and 3 or equivalent, Registered architect – ARB or equivalent in country of origin, At least 10 years experience, No less than 5 years experience acting in a management position within a consultancy, Excellent design skills, Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook), Excellent command of written and spoken English
Nice to Have
RIBA or equivalent membership preferred, Project Management experience preferred, Previous experience in an office environment working as part of a team is preferred

Overall Purpose The primary objective of an Associate is to achieve excellence in design while properly representing the company and its design philosophy. The role serves to provide a primary point of contact for all design related issues involving clients and external consultants. Further, the role is also responsible for managing the architectural design team/s on one or more simultaneously projects, and ensuring smooth coordination from all disciplines to ensure an appropriate, high quality architectural product is delivered on time and within the outline budget.
