What You'll Achieve.
Support the delivery of successful planning consents, business cases and construction projects; Help our clients to articulate their messages and engage a wide variety of stakeholders and audiences; Ensure communities have a real say in shaping our projects
Industry & Context.
Strategic thinker
Security clearance, Proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer may be required for vetting
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree qualified and with appropriate experience for the role
Nice to Have
Experience of the rail sector is particularly desirable for this role, Commercially-aware with experience in business development and work winning is desirable
What You'll Do.
Identify our project stakeholders and develop a plan to build relationships
consult and collaborate with them
Work with our graphics and visualisation team and technical specialists
to develop multi-channel communications content
Plan and run engaging workshops with communities and organisations
workshops and exhibitions in local venues
Plan and run large public consultations
Collate and analyse feedback received from the public
to inform the ongoing development of our projects and report back on our findings
Play an energetic part in business development for the team
Manage projects and budgets
Mentor and develop more junior members of the team
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with our graphics and visualisation team and technical specialists; Build working relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders
Communication Scope
Writing and communications skills; Explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience; Creating engaging content across multiple channels

Manage projects and budgets, Excellent project management
