Must Have
master's degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or equivalent, fluent and have good written skills in English, Norwegian language skills

academic background with a master's degree, Relevant experience preferably from retail, media agencies, consulting or the financial sector, familiarity with Python, Spark or other SQL-based applications is an advantage

We are looking for an Associate Applied Data Scientist to join the Loyalty and Personalisation team who will work as a part of our Solutions Team. Your role: As a key member of our Loyalty and Personalisation team, you will dive deep into the world of data to design 1:1 customer personalization initiative that truly resonate. With a focus on Coop’s 1.7 million members, you will play a crucial role in developing Norway’s most engaging loyalty program. In close collaboration with our international team, your efforts will help shape the future of retail through groundbreaking loyalty and personalisation, CRM, and Retail Media initiatives. In this role you will collaborate across teams – Coop, dunnhumby commercial leads and data science team, translating complex analysis into clear recommendations, and ensuring insights are embedded into decision making.
