Full Job Description

Join IQVIA and work at the intersection of clinical strategy, data insights and client engagement. This role sits within our planning and strategic services team and focuses on turning data into clear, compelling recommendations that help win and deliver clinical studies. This is not a back-end analytics role. You will act as a strategic partner to internal teams and clients, bringing confidence, strong communication and critical thinking into high-impact discussions, including bid defense meetings. **What you’ll do** * Contribute to winning new business by shaping country, site and enrollment strategies for clinical studies * Prepare and present strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients, including participation in bid defense meetings * Translate data and analysis into clear, practical insights that support decision-making * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, therapeutic strategy, business development, operations) to build robust proposals * Lead internal planning discussions and present analytical findings in a confident, structured way * Conduct research across therapeutic areas using scientific literature, internal systems and market intelligence * Support and mentor junior team members **What we’re looking for** * Experience in clinical research (around 3+ years), ideally within CRO, pharma or biotech * Strong understanding of the clinical trial landscape and drug development process * Confidence presenting to stakeholders, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into clear messages * Analytical mindset, but with a clear interest in strategy, consulting or client engagement * Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and manage multiple deadlines * Degree in life sciences, healthcare or a related field **Why join IQVIA?** You’ll be part of a global team driving smarter, faster clinical development through data, strategy
