Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts between 6: 00 AM and 8: 00 PM (Manila time), according to business needs, with assigned schedules varying within this range., Hybrid working arrangement. Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible. The expectation is to work from the office a minimum of three days a week.

Must Have
Fluency in English – outstanding verbal, written and listening skills, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, analytical skills, attention to detail, and independent decision making, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple systems at the same time, Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts between 6: 00 AM and 8: 00 PM (Manila time), according to business needs, with assigned schedules varying within this range
Nice to Have
Experience in customer service and/or AML Compliance would be an advantage
What You'll Do.
Perform transactional history analysis
and AML Compliance interviews to identify potential consumer fraud or questionable activity to protect customers and the company.
Effectively perform inbound/outbound phone interviews and offline tasks.
Ensure excellent customer service.
Deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets.
Learn continuously to enhance AML Compliance product and process knowledge.
