4 years or more of professional experience within the investment industry, Meticulous attention to detail and problem solving and analytical skills, Highly developed client service skills, Trading experience is an asset

What You'll Do.

Providing proactive advice and support to clients and the Investment Advisor

Identifying new opportunities and helping to grow the business

Facilitating meetings and events for the Investment Advisor with their clients and prospects

Preparing documentation

Executing post-meeting work

Attending client meetings when required

Providing proactive client service

Liaising with various departments to provide smooth and timely solutions

Responding to client account inquiries and taking ownership of follow-ups

Building and executing business plans

client segmentation exercises

Identifying opportunities for asset consolidation and referrals

Supporting advisory team with new client acquisition

Nurturing and managing relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) and RBC partners

As an Associate Advisor, you will work with an Investment Advisor team and be responsible for providing proactive advice and support to our clients and the Investment Advisor, helping deepen existing relationships and welcome new clients to the firm.
