Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience, Demonstrated active listening, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and independent problem-solving skills, along with presentation and customer service experience, organizational and follow up skills, and proficiency with technology and the ability to research, compile data, and prepare presentations, Aptitude for sales and negotiations, Learning agility and proven success with onsite training, e-learning, and job shadow aptitude for continuous learning and improvement, Ability to comprehend and follow complex processes, with adaptability to changes and high volumes, Life and Health Insurance License and P&C License (must possess or obtain within 90 days after start date in the position)
