WELCOME TO THE HIFI NEW GRAD PROGRAM This role is part of HIFI's New Grad Program — a structured 3-month contract designed to give early-career talent real ownership, real mentorship, and a real path to full-time employment. You won't be handed busywork. You'll be embedded in a team working on live infrastructure from day one, paired with a senior colleague who will support your growth, and evaluated for a full-time offer at the end of your contract. We're not looking for someone who has all the answers. We're looking for someone who asks the right questions, moves with urgency, and raises the bar every week they're here.
