What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science or related discipline, 7-10 years of account management/ business development experience/solution selling, analytic experience with data, Experience with the Pharma Clients / Market, computer skills (MS Office Suite: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Outlook, and Internet), Excellent understanding of Healthcare business and pharma industry trends, Excellent analytical skills in assessing and interpreting customer business and account / sales data, Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), Excellent analytical and research skills, Must be self-directed and capable of prioritizing opportunities and performing multiple tasks, Exceptional attention to detail, Ability to maintain demanding timelines and navigate a complex matrix organisation, Ability to work independently, Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
Nice to Have
Masters in Science or Business, preferably in Pharma industry or with a service provider supporting the pharma industry and providing consulting services, preferably with understanding of pharmaceutical therapeutic classes
What You'll Do.
Prospect and leverage new business opportunities
Network within pharma industry to establish relationships
Develop and execute sales/account plan
Uncover client needs and evaluate solutions
Track and monitor key clients' actions
Track and monitor leads and opportunities
Prepare and lead sales reports and presentations
Lead contracting with legal and finance
Build new business opportunities with clients
Coordinate with subject matter experts
Coordinate with Global Account Directors
Increase share of wallet of target accounts
Plan and coordinate GTM strategy
Report sales activities in CRM system
Serve as liaison between customer and technical groups
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with Sales Management; Work closely with clients; Track and monitor key clients’ actions (regionally with local key account managers); Work with subject matter experts / principals across all business offerings; Coordinate with subject matter experts / principals; Coordinate with Global Account Directors and the global and regional account teams; Coordinate with commercial director and regional account leads; Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients; Serve as a liaison between the customer and technical and operational groups
