Must Have

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design or Packaging Design. At least 2 years of experience in Graphic/Packaging Design. Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office. Proficient in Macintosh platform: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign CC. Basic knowledge of graphics, packaging, color proofing, print production process and practices.

Nice to Have

Print production experience is preferred.

Position Summary The Associate Packaging Graphic Designer is responsible for executing adaptation and production of packaging graphics, including artwork localization, versioning, and prepress-ready file preparation. This role supports the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and scalable packaging assets that meet global brand standards and regional regulatory requirements. Reporting to the team leader, the Associate Packaging Graphic Designer collaborates closely with Creative, Product Development, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure packaging deliverables are executed efficiently and compliant with technical specifications. This role focuses on precise artwork execution while contributing to continuous improvement in packaging processes and production capabilities. Responsibilities Develop and execute packaging artwork aligned with brand, marketing, and regulatory requirements from concept through final release, including layouts, typography, imagery, icons, barcodes, and legal copy placement. Adapt master designs for regional needs, including language localization and format changes and ensure artwork meets brand standards, print specifications, and technical guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design and production issues. Manage multiple projects with strong quality checks while driving continuous process improvements. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance packaging design processes, templates, and workflows. Create digital assets for E-comm purpose. Qualifications
