Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field, Minimum 3 years’ experience in a clinical research or scientific environment, Experience working in an international clinical research setting, knowledge of clinical systems, GCP, regulatory requirements, and medical terminology, Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently, High attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
What You'll Do.

accelerate study timelines
enabling efficient patient enrollment
Lead Site Activation and Lifecycle Maintenance activities including site identification
regulatory submissions
and contract negotiations
Drive strategic planning and execution to achieve efficient study start-up and maintenance timelines
Manage start-up and lifecycle activities in line with ICH-GCP
and sponsor requirements
Oversee regional delivery across multiple countries
ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Develop and maintain Site Activation Management Plans and resolve project challenges
Provide regulatory insights and define submission identify and mitigate risks
Maintain accurate project tracking
Support bid defense activities and contribute to business development initiatives
Build and maintain client relationships
