Must Have
2–5 years of hands-on QA experience, Experience using SmartBear test tools (TestComplete, SoapUI, LoadNinja, BitBar), Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, QAComplete, or Zephyr, understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, smoke testing), Solid knowledge of cross-browser and responsive testing best practices, Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Experience testing Shopify, Magento, or other major eCommerce platforms, Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript) for test automation, Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Experience with version control tools like Git, Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), Knowledge of accessibility tools (e.g., Axe, Wave)
