Job Title: Assistive Technology Technician Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking an Assistive Technology Technician to support Aspire Living & Learning’s Enabling Technology initiatives by installing, configuring, and maintaining assistive and enabling technologies for individuals receiving services. This role works directly with individuals, families, and caregivers across home and program settings to implement enabling and assistive technologies that enhance independence, safety, and quality of life. The specialist assesses needs, identifies opportunities for technology-based support, and helps individuals gain greater autonomy in their daily lives. Hours: M-F, 40 hours weekly Pay: $50,000-$60,000 annually Qualifications: Education and Experience Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Assistive Technology, Rehabilitation Technology, or related field preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in IT support, assistive technology support, or technology training preferred. Skills and Competencies Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn and support a broad range of evolving technologies. Exceptional patience and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technology concepts in clear and accessible language. Creative problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt technology solutions to individual needs. Ability to work independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
