What You'll Do.

Manage up to 30 employees per shift

Represent the Hub Manager

Hire and onboard new employees

Conduct employee reviews

and optimize new processes

Ensure smooth and efficient operations

Proactively participate in daily business

Daily control of goods

Perform and maintain personnel scheduling

Monitor quality and food hygiene regulations (HACCP)

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Act as the right hand to the Store Manager; Represent the Hub Manager; Work closely with the Hub Manager for employee reviews and scheduling
