What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in a health, human service, or educational related field from an appropriately accredited institution, three years' experience in surveying, clinical and/or administration of a program in a related health, active and unrestricted driver’s license
Nice to Have
Knowledge of current nursing practice, and care planning, Experience applying rules, statutes, and/or standards to ensure compliance in the area of work, including participating in or conducting state or federal surveys, compliance audits, or accreditation surveys, written and oral communication skills and the ability to document clearly and concisely in a technical report

Conduct on-site inspections of licensed adult care homes
Determine facility’s compliance with licensure rules
Analyze survey findings and determine compliance
Document findings in a legally defensible manner
Provide technical assistance to facilities
Provide regulatory oversight to county staff
