What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Medication QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation, Read, write and speak English, High school or Equivalent (GED)
Nice to Have
One (1) year experience in elder care, Proficient computer skills, Self-management and organization skills, Multi-tasking abilities, Handle competing deadlines, Flexible and adaptable, Effectively handle difficult and sensitive issues, Maintain confidentiality
What You'll Do.
Attend to personal care needs
Provide assistance with ADLs
Provide personal care services
Anticipate and identify resident care needs
Report resident care needs
Respond to family member needs
Maintain open communication
Monitor resident safety and well-being
Report suspicion of abuse
Report changes in resident status
Monitor and document resident's condition
Assist residents with medication routine
Alert RN/LPN of medication concerns
Ensure proper documentation occurs
Restock medication carts
Attend and participate in staff meetings
