What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Medication QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation, Read, write and speak English, High school or Equivalent (GED)
Nice to Have
One (1) year experience in elder care, Proficient computer skills, Self-management and organization skills, Multi-tasking abilities, Ability to handle difficult and sensitive issues, Maintain confidentiality
What You'll Do.
Provide personal care needs
Identify resident care needs
Monitor residents' well-being
Report suspicion of abuse
Report resource misappropriation
Report changes in resident status
Document residents' conditions
Administer medications
Restock medication carts
Restock storage areas
Complete work orders for repairs
Contribute ideas at staff meetings
