What You'll Achieve.
Drive an effective framework for the Bank to identify and investigate into complex, unusually large or unusual patterns of transactions and/or behaviors; Discharge regulatory requirement on the Bank to disclose suspicious behavior; Work with relevant stakeholders on risk management; Continuously strengthening and developing the transaction surveillance and intelligence framework; Identify AML/CFT risk trends to support appropriate actions to strengthen AML/CFT controls

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years of experience in intelligence/investigation related work, Good knowledge/understanding of banking and financial services laws and regulations, compliance best practices, Understanding of financial products and systems
Nice to Have
Prior experience in handling reviews of retail and corporate accounts
What You'll Do.
Investigate into cases arising from designated AFC surveillance solutions
process and make sense of information and intelligence for AFC
processes and controls to ensure adequate operation
Ensure timely review of alerts from Group approved AML transaction monitoring system(s)
Ensure timely submission of suspicious activity/transactions reports to the relevant law enforcement authorities or Financial Intelligence Units
Provide relevant advisories to business/support units and other AML/CFT teams
Perform analysis of suspicious activity/transaction reports to identify AML/CFT risk trends
Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of reviews and investigation cases

Work with relevant stakeholders on risk management; Provide relevant advisories to business/support units and other AML/CFT teams; Support the Team Lead of Transaction Surveillance Team
