What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar discipline, 7+ years of relevant financial services industry experience, prior experience in a Big 4, Demonstrated expertise in valuation methodologies and practices, Knowledge of the local regulatory requirements in relation to AIFM and Luxembourg Funds, Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint required, Fluent in English, both written and oral
Nice to Have
CFA or CAIA is a plus, good understanding of alternative industry operations, leadership skills to effectively support the management and organization of the team, Exceptional organizational and documentation abilities, proven capacity to structure workflows, maintain accurate records, and ensure high-quality deliverables, appetite to use of technology, Analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, resourceful mindset, efficiency-driven, Hands‑on professional comfortable operating in a small, dynamic team, Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, Highly motivated individual, ability to work on own initiative, manage competing priorities to tight reporting deadlines, Highly organized, accountability for delivery, Proactive, able to suggest new efficient solutions

Document valuation analysis
Reconcile investment portfolio with NAV
Complete due diligence on valuation teams
Update database with valuation information
Maintain valuation framework
