5+ years of relevant experience in structured / leveraged finance, 8+ years of work experience, BA or BS required

Nice to Have

Post Graduate Degree in Finance, Financial professional qualifications (e.g. CA, CFA), Credit experience in aviation finance, Credit experience in other structured finance (securitization, leasing), Administrative agency experience, Workout experience, Understanding of the regulatory environment in Japan (FSA, BOJ)

Oversee existing credit portfolio

Identify emerging risks

Perform ongoing credit reviews

Monitor Problem Loans

Monitor Watch List accounts

Monitor matured/maturing loans

Coordinate appropriate renewal

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Team & Collaboration

Coordinate and communicate critical account information to various related parties; Communicate with business line; Communicate with product groups; Communicate with credit divisions
