Must Have
Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline or equivalent experience, 5 years of working experience in the operations, audit or risk area of funds industry, Solid knowledge of Investment Funds, Solid knowledge of Derivatives, Solid knowledge of Financial market, SFC individual licence Type 13 Providing depositary services for relevant Collective Investment Schemes (CISs)

Professional qualifications, Candidate with SFC individual licence for Type 13 Providing depositary services for relevant CISs, Previous exposure in Trustee Fiduciary, Previous exposure in Fund Accounting, Previous exposure in Transaction Control, Previous exposure in Operations, Previous exposure in Compliance experience
What You'll Do.
Manage enquiry from Fund Manager and stakeholders
resolve issues for clients
on boarding new clients and funds
perform due diligence and performance monitoring of service providers
Identify risk in the end-to-end control processes
Perform daily post-trade investment compliance monitoring
investment breach reporting to Regulators
Review financial statements and regulatory reportings
Set up and implement end-to-end controls
Partner with Fund Managers and other service providers
ensure funds are complied with regulatory requirements
Co-operate effectively with other units of the bank
Improve BAU processes and propose changes
License with Securities and Futures Commission (SFC)
Providing depositary services for relevant Collective Investment Schemes (CISs)
controlled working environment
concentrating on error prevention and mitigation
building relationships with clients
service providers and vendors
act as the Trustee operation’s Single Point of Contact
Manage change with these business partners
Engage in proactive added-value communication
conduct briefings within trustee operations
Understand the requirements of oversight and control of third party outsourced functions

cross-functional coordination; Partner with Fund Managers and other service providers; Co-operate effectively with other units of the bank; Understand the dependencies, business connections and relationships of the teams and service providers; building relationships with clients, business partners, service providers and vendors; building relationships with other Citi stakeholders in other Citi locations; Engage in proactive added-value communication with the vendors/other Citi locations; conduct briefings within trustee operations to build awareness across the teams
