**Department:** BH - Non-Service **Scheduled Weekly Hours:** 40 **Schedule** : Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm) **Starting Pay:** $125,000.00 **Education We 're Looking for:** Bachelors: Human Services (Required), Masters **Certifications We 're Looking For:** Drivers License (Valid) - USA **Experience We 're Looking For: ** Experience in child and adolescent crisis services with progressing experience. | 5 Years | RequiredLeadership experience in child and adolescent behavioral health settings. | 1 Year | Required **Job Description Summary:** The Assistant Vice President of Clinical Operations, Crisis Services is primarily responsible for overseeing direct operations of the services within the Stephen M. Smith Behavioral Health Center. This to include resolving and overseeing internal clinical and operations of facility, solving internal issues as they emerge, improving performance, optimizing financial outcomes and budgetary expectations, and monitoring the work of the designated teams for excellent clinical outcomes and high standards of care alongside the VP of Clinical Operations, Crisis Services. **Additional Details:** _**Required Qualifications:** _ * Bachelor’s degree in human services required; Master’s degree preferred. * 5 years of experience in Child and Adolescent Crisis services with progressing experience. * 1 year of leadership experience in child and adolescent behavioral health settings. _**Other Preferred Qualifications:** _ * Ability to lead clinical and operational teams and manage high-risk care in a treatment setting. * Strong knowledge of services definitions for BHUC, PRTF and FBC services. * Exceptional documentation, reporting and communication skills with a focus on accuracy and timelines. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Must have proficient interpersonal and coping skills. * Must respond appropriately to emergency situations and maintain stable work behaviors. * Ability to change routine in a positive manner. *
