Must Have

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Physics, Economics, or an MBA from a recognized institution, Experience in derivatives structuring, trading, or specialist sales at a global or top‑tier regional bank, stakeholder management capabilities and ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization, Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of mentoring junior colleagues

Nice to Have

FRM or CFA certification preferred, understanding of macro products, NDFs, FX Forwards, FX Swaps, Vanilla & Exotic Options, Accumulators and Barrier Structures, Solid quantitative foundation in options pricing theory, Greeks, sensitivity analysis, and volatility surface construction, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft working knowledge of Python for pricing and workflow automation, Ability to leverage technology to automate processes, develop tools, and enhance efficiency across the structuring workflow

# **Job Description** **Purpose of the role** To provide quantitative and analytical expertise to support trading strategies, risk management, and decision-making within the investment banking domain, applying quantitative analysis, mathematical modelling, and technology to optimise trading and investment opportunities. **Accountabilities** * Development and implementation of quantitative models and strategies to derive insight into market trends and optimize trading decisions, pricing, and risk management across various financial products and markets. * Working closely with sales teams to identify clients' needs and develop customised solutions. * In-depth research, data analysis, and statistical modelling to derive insights into market trends, pricing, and risk dynamics. * Provide front office infrastructure support though ownership and maintenance of analytical libraries. * Provision of expertise on quantitative methodologies, technological advancements, and industry best practices to drive innovation within the trading environment. **Assistant Vice President Expectations** * To advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development and take responsibility for operational effectiveness.
