Must Have

Demonstrated experience working within a control function focused on trade finance operations within a major financial institution or similar environment, Proven ability to review complex financial documents such as term sheets, credit applications (Ringi’s), and facility agreements with high levels of accuracy, Excellent Excel skills enabling efficient data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation tasks essential for exposure monitoring, Exceptional communication abilities allowing you to liaise effectively with clients, relationship managers, product managers, branches, and operational units across EMEA, A proactive approach combined with the ability to operate with urgency when prioritising workload according to business needs, Structured thinking paired with logical problem-solving capabilities that enable you to address issues methodically while maintaining accuracy under pressure, Meticulous attention to detail ensuring all aspects of documentation review, data entry, and reconciliation are completed accurately every time, numerical aptitude supporting your ability to monitor exposures precisely while managing multiple concurrent tasks

What You'll Do.

Conduct reviews of term sheets

and facility documentation

Create and maintain facilities and limits within TRAC

Review client drawdown requests

Provide administrative support for trade finance products

Monitor exposures managed by Trade Finance Middle Office

Prioritise inward communications

Develop familiarity with client processes and business flows

Offer technical and operational assistance

Reconcile balances between accounting system and exposure management tools

Team & Collaboration

Liaise daily with key stakeholders including clients, relationship managers, product managers, and operational units; collaborate toward greater innovation, speed and agility; work within a supportive team environment; close collaboration among its operating companies
