Experience in a corporate actions or income processing role, Demonstrated understanding of front-to-back processing flows, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
Solid grasp of how corporate events impact derivatives positions, Familiarity with automation initiatives, Knowledge of systems such as Swift messaging platforms, IntelliMatch reconciliation tools, or Broadridge Gloss, Presentation skills using Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI), A degree or equivalent qualification

Ensure business-as-usual processes are performed efficiently
Oversee daily operations of outsourced income processing
Process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions
Perform daily cash reconciliations
Liaise with external counterparties
Understand withholding tax implications
Collaborate with Settlements teams
Identify trades subject to auto-compensation

Build and maintain positive working relationships with Front Office teams; Collaborate closely with colleagues across continents; Collaborate closely with Settlements teams and Derivatives Trade Support; Building trust-based relationships across teams
