Key job responsibilities Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive administrative support to two busy executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and expense reports • Greet guests, set up meeting rooms, and support in-person meetings • Manage and maintain efficient communication channels between internal teams, external partners, and talent representatives, working across multiple timezones • Undertake research and prepare materials ahead of meetings, including notetaking and follow-up actions where required • Track and maintain key team resources such as talent lists and coverage charts, ensuring they remain accurate and up to date • Carry out general administrative duties including file management, document preparation, and providing timely status updates across ongoing workstreams • Support ad hoc requests as needed, particularly those involving administrative coordination • Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion About the team The UK Scripted Series Team is a label within Amazon MGM Studios focused on the development and production of global originals for Prime Video originating from the UK.
