What You'll Achieve.
Ensures the safe and timely transportation of students; Customer contract compliance and management; Retaining the customer; Adherence to all staff, driver, and vehicles requirements; KPI, billing and budget management; Ensures any budget variances are identified and can be addressed; Provides accurate timely operational and financial reporting; Ensures facilities and buses are maintained to FS safety and applicable regulatory standards

Work extended hours regularly, including weekends, Possess working vehicle to travel within service area as needed
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, 3-5 years experience in transportation, 2-3 years supervisory experience, Computer literacy skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Familiar with basic vehicle mechanic processes and maintenance, Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, Work extended hours regularly, including weekends, Possess working vehicle to travel within service area as needed

Support location in managing day-to-day activities
Support/oversee customer contract compliance
Build positive relationships with customer
Resolve concerns with employees
Implement recognition and/or corrective discipline
Manage location budget
Assist with budget development
Ensure budget variances are identified
Provide accurate timely operational and financial reporting
Support location compliance with policies
Assist with safety practices and regulations
Manage injury and collision claims
Ensure location compliance to security policies
Ensure facilities and buses are maintained
