What You'll Do.
Oversee site level operations
Maintain and update Vendor Performance Scorecard
Hold monthly meetings with vendor management team
Share MOM with Senior Management team
Maintain Vendor contract tracker summary
Coordinate with Client team for renewals
Ensure security guidelines for female staff are adhered
Escalate deviations to proper channel
Arrange monthly meetings with SPOC’s
Address queries raised by SPOC’s
Prepare Transport plan during BCM Situations
Participate in BCM planning meetings
Work closely with billing team
Process payment of invoices
Process monthly accruals
Share monthly/weekly MI on operational summary
Contribute to Monthly Management Report
Ensure compliance of regulations
Interact with client staff
Provide guidance to site team
Develop client relationship
Minimize cost of operations
Make transport function efficient
Make transport function effective
Send mailer for operational disruptions
Ensure cabs/shuttles leave in advance
Monitor employee pick ups
Prepare reports as required
Handle employee escalations
Maintain Shift Registers
Ensure routes and trip list are created
Maintain Vehicles run to schedule

Assist in preparing weekly shift rosters

Title- **Assistant Transport Manager/ Shift In-charge** Business unit IFM/West/India Reporting to Transport Manger/ Account Manager **Direct Reports** 1\. Executive - Transport 2\. Transport coordinators 5\. Transport - Helpdesk Executive Duties & Responsibilities **** * To be strategic and oversee the site level operations * Vendor Performance Score card to be maintained and updated every quarterly. Monthly meeting with the vendor management team and share the MOM with Senior Management team * Ensure Vendor contract tracker summary is maintained and coordinate with Client team for renewals and revised addendums. * Ensure all the security guidelines laid down by the client in terms of transportation for female staff are adhered to. Any deviation to be escalated to proper channel * Monthly meeting to be arranged with SPOC’s and address the query raised. * Prepare the Transport plan during BCM Situations and actively participate in the meeting held by the client for planning BCM Situation. * Work closely with billing team in relation to the payment of invoices and monthly accruals. * Ensure the monthly/weekly MI on operational summary and costs are shared with Senior Management team as per the time frame. * Contribute to the Monthly Management Report to (Client) * Ensure compliance of regulations / requirements of JLL management in line with regulation at Client sites * To interact with a wide range of client st
