Three or more years of ticket services box office experience, Tessitura or similar CRM experience

Process ticketing transactions

Maintain constituent data

Create and maintain promotional codes

Administer ticket donation program

Respond to donation inquiries

Determine donation eligibility

Issue donation certificates/letters

Maintain donation request database

Update hold inventories

Coordinate ticket requests

Process ticket payments

Support group sales processing

Implement date-by-date changes

Implement price-zone changes

Explain operating procedures

Demonstrate operating procedures

Monitor task completion

Report performance issues

Report conduct issues

Reinforce customer service standards

Reinforce customer service procedures

Assist staff with application

Provide ongoing training

Maintain training site

Ensure policies are current

Ensure processes are current

Ensure updates are accessible

Deliver daily staff briefings

Serve as first point of contact

Answer policy questions

Answer procedure questions

Escalate patron issues

Reconcile daily ticket sales

Provide customer service to patrons
